- Keep communication courteous and clear when arranging a date. Never just message ‘hi’ — especially late at night!
- Be on time: this one is a no-brainer for any kind of appointment — the dentist, a massage, a flight! And remember that being too early is as bad as being too late — please be sure to follow any instructions.
