One of life’s greatest pleasures is getting to use the word summer as a verb.
And this year, I have the supreme pleasure of summering in southern Europe, kicking off with a weekend of fun with a charming gentleman in Barcelona before swinging by the Balearics for a hot night with an even hotter couple.

A great beach read - I really enjoyed this complex and captivating brother-sister tale about family, about life. I felt things.

(While I haven’t loved a lot of her other work, I do love the way Ann Patchett writes - I also recommend Bel Canto, one of my favourite novels.) pic.twitter.com/yEn15xWGn9
Barcelona is such a fantastic city, but I confess I wilted a bit in the heat this time around — so my lovely date and I decided to spend the day drinking cocktails in a poolside cabana instead (regret nothing — it was perfect).
And as for Ibiza — well, if you think kissing a pretty girl is fun, then just think of how much more fun it is after a few margaritas, in a salt-air breeze, watching the sun set over the Mediterranean…

I’ll be taking a lot of the summer off, and will be available in London again in September — and please do hit me up in August for fun adventures, intriguing offers, FMTY to warm destinations… and any and all couples or duos (come on, I’m only human — you know how I feel about getting to play in a group).
Until then, you can keep in touch on socials, and contribute to my summer reading stack on my wishlist.

An immersive, beautifully-written novel. I loved the voice, loved the mystery of the story and the way that, ultimately, it’s about love, relationships, and the complex nature of grief. (A big THANK YOU to the sweetheart who sent it off my wishlist in time for my trip 🥰😘) pic.twitter.com/77URidffCw

And in the meantime, you can follow my adventures on Twitter and Instagram, and check out all my summer selfies in my Gallery.
You might not be able to see from my pictures that my hair is fifty percent sea salt, and that my tan lines are just begging to have someone run a hand along them… or a tongue…
